01. Our Pledge

We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants in our community, courses, and spaces, regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or technical stack preferences. We pledge to act in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, and healthy community.

02. Standards of Behavior

We expect all members of our community—whether visitors, course participants, or contributors—to uphold these principles in all public and private interactions.

Expected Behavior

•Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other members.
•Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences.
•Giving and gracefully accepting constructive criticism.
•Focusing on what is best for the collective learning community.
•Using welcoming and inclusive language.

Unacceptable Behavior

•Harassment, trolling, insulting, or derogatory comments.
•Personal, professional, or political attacks.
•Publishing others' private information (doxxing) without consent.
•Gratuitous sexualized language, imagery, or unsolicited attention.
•Other conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.

03. Enforcement & Scope

Community administrators are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards of acceptable behavior. They will take fair and appropriate corrective action in response to any behavior they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

This Code of Conduct applies to all online spaces associated with Madan Lal (including the blog comment sections, courses platform, discussion forums, social spaces, and GitHub repositories), as well as in public representations of the community.

04. Reporting Violations

If you witness or are subjected to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify us immediately.

Report Anonymously or Directly

All reports will be reviewed promptly and investigated confidentially. We pledge to support and respect reporters.
